We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to:
- Advise management and employees on all health and safety matters.
- Ensure compliance with current UK health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Develop, review, and update health and safety policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and employee training where required.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety records and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with external agencies, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Support managers in implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Promote a strong health and safety culture throughout the organisation.
