Birmingham Temp Perm 35,000 DOE 37.5 hours a week (early finish Friday).

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to:

  • Advise management and employees on all health and safety matters.
  • Ensure compliance with current UK health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Develop, review, and update health and safety policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and employee training where required.
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety records and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with external agencies, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support managers in implementing corrective and preventative actions.
  • Promote a strong health and safety culture throughout the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Essential IOSH qualification (Managing Safely).
