You must have FLT experience to be considered for this role. We are looking for a number of FLT drivers to start immediately. Various hours / shifts available.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift trucks and other warehouse management system (WMS) equipment to load and unload goods.
- Handle materials with care, ensuring safe and accurate transportation within the warehouse.
- Assist in shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct mechanical checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Organise materials for storage or dispatch, maintaining accurate records of inventory movements.
- Support construction or maintenance activities as required within the warehouse premises.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
Skills:
- Proven experience operating forklifts and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of materials handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance checks on equipment.
