Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Skilled Fabricator Welders to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in the West Midlands.

The company specialises in bespoke steel fabrication and the manufacture of large industrial vessels and fabrications, working across a range of industries.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fabricator Welder looking for a long-term position with a reputable engineering business.

The Role

Duties will include

  • Fabricating steel components and structures
  • Various welding works (MIG and TIG experience)
  • Working from engineering drawings
  • Measuring, marking out, cutting and preparing materials
  • Welding and assembling fabricated components
  • Checking finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Working safely and maintaining a clean and organised workshop
  • The Person

We are looking for skilled and experienced Fabricator Welders who can hit the ground running.

You should have

  • Previous experience in a fabrication and welding environment
  • Strong MIG/MAG/TIG welding skills
  • The ability to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Good fabrication and assembly skills
  • A strong eye for detail and quality
  • A reliable and hardworking attitude
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

What's on Offer?

  • £17.00 – £18.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • 7:00am start
