Proactive Personne Ltd are currently recruiting for a Distribution Project Manager for our client based in the B11 area.

This is a role that would suit an experienced Project / Warehouse managed who is looking for their next challenge.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for

  • New site implementation
  • Monitor progress, track KPI's and report to relevant stake holders
  • Co-ordinate teams and manage resources effectively
  • Warehouse management and all associated operational tasks
  • Controlling the logistics operation
  • Budget control / Expenditure
  • Management / induction / disciplinaries with staff
  • Supporting business objectives / stakeholder engagement
  • Managing various projects through to completion across the organisation

This is an exciting time to be joining this company as they are experiencing rapid growth and this role is a key hire to facilitate this growth.

This is a permanent role with flexible hours (to meet the needs of the business - 40 hours per week).

Salary is commensurate with experience but you can expect to earn £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

There is also a company related profit bonus.
