The Role:
Reporting to the Program Director, you will oversee the implementation of business development and all associated operations for the key account. You will ensure all contractual parameters, commercial and financial objectives and all other conditions are met in accordance with overall strategy.
Experience in the aerospace industry is essential for this role – you will be working with one of the largest aerospace organisations worldwide.
Key Aspects:
- Manage activities of all internal departments involved in the key account/program cycle.
- Develop direct OEM sales within the program/key account.
- Lead the company’s sales force across international markets.
- Lead and support visits to key clients & customers.
- Study and understand the key account requirements and formulate commercial proposals to support the program.
- Ensure profitability of manufacturing and propose price changes, negotiate contractual changes with key account and aftermarket customers.
- Co-ordinate processing of disputes/complaints for commercial settlements.
- Measure customer and manufacture satisfaction.
The individual:
- Experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering.
- Specialisation in project & business management.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the aerospace industry.
- Comfortable taking on complex assignments with the ability to leverage expertise.
- Have a passion for aeronautics with a strong customer focus.
