Working as part of the Customer Service and Sales Department, you will be responsible for accurately booking customer orders and promptly addressing customer service enquiries with professionalism, predominantly through email and other various channels. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately process customer orders received via email and occasionally by phone, ensuring all details are correct and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. * Handle customer queries, such as chasing orders, tracking deliveries, and providing updates on lead times for back orders through various channels, including email, live chat, social media, and phone calls. * Address and resolve issues related to completed deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage customer complaints courteously and professionally, ensuring each customer feels heard and valued. * Escalate enquiries to the appropriate team, such as the technical or product teams, when necessary.
