The Role

You will be involved in the manufacture, modification, and repair of a wide variety of tooling and precision components within a busy toolroom environment. Typical work includes:

  • CNC milling using XYZ machines
  • Toolmaking for jigs, fixtures, and production tooling
  • One-off and small batch precision components
  • Tool repair, maintenance, and modification

  • Proven experience as a Toolmaker or CNC Miller within a toolroom environment
  • Strong CNC milling experience (XYZ controls preferred)
  • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Experience with bespoke and one-off work, not just production machining
