Proactive Personnel are looking for a Team Leader for our client in the Chester area.
Purpose and Objectives of the Role:
To install high-quality equipment nationwide for a wide range of clients including Holiday Parks, Local Authorities, Visitor Attractions, Pubs, and Community Groups. The role ensures all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with required safety standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install equipment in line with relevant safety standards
- Organise and manage site safety for yourself, colleagues, customers, and children
- Measure, set out, and prepare sites accurately prior to installation
- Carry out excavation works, including digging holes for foundations
- Lay safety surfacing and complete any required groundworks
- Operate CAT scan equipment
- Use power tools, predominantly drills, drivers, and hydraulic breakers
- Undertake manual handling and work at heights where required
- Manage and lead the installation team on site
- Work to strict time constraints while maintaining high quality standards
- Liaise with customers throughout the installation process
- Arrange and obtain customer sign-off upon completion of works
- Complete and submit expenses with all relevant receipts
- Stay away up to 4 nights per week (accommodation booked by the company, with subsistence payments provided)
