Salary: £26,437 per annum

Location: Cannock

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and successful business based in Cannock, is seeking three Temporary Invoice Administrators to join their team immediately. These roles have been created to provide support during a busy period, helping to manage a backlog of invoices while covering annual leave within the department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience in invoicing, finance administration, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and managing invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting the invoice administration team with day-to-day activities
  • Assisting with the clearance of invoice backlogs
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Communicating with internal departments and external contacts as required
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Ensuring data is entered correctly and in a timely manner

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience within invoicing, finance administration, accounts administration, or customer service would be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
