We are seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver’s to join our clients team.
The candidate’s will be responsible for transporting building materials across the North West, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations.
This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Duties
- Operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork as required.
- Follow designated routes and schedules while being adaptable to changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
- Uphold high standards of customer service during interactions with clients at delivery points.
Qualifications
- Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate category for driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not essential.
