Proactive Personnel are currently looking for a Purchase and Sales Ledger Clerk to start work on a permanent basis in Blackburn.
Responsibilities
- Generate invoices using accounting software.
- Process customer orders and supplier invoices.
- Update and maintain sales reports accurately.
- General administrative duties.
- Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounts team as required.
Requirements
- Must be able to work independently, be committed, have strong analytical skills, high levels of initiative and is a team player.
- Previous experience in similar accounts role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage 50 experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Windows, Excel, Words, Power Point.
Hours and Salary
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:00am- 17:00pm and Friday 08:00- 16:30pm. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
