Proactive Personnel are currently looking for MIG Welders to start work on a temp-perm basis in Leyland.
Responsibilities:
- Bench / JIG welding, you will be instrumental in the fabrication and assembly of metal components.
- Assemble metal structures by interpreting blueprints and following welding procedures.
- Utilise power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and weld metal components.
- Conduct stick welding and other welding techniques to join metals effectively.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have MIG experience; TIG would be a bonus.
Details:
- Hours are Monday - Thursday (4 day working week) 05:45 to 16:15.
- Pay is £14.55 per hour, paid PAYE, weekly every Friday.
- You also build holiday pay working for ourselves.
- My client will show you around and ask you to complete a short weld test (so must come to site with safety footwear); if successful you will be offered the job on the spot.
