Project Engineer
Proactive Personnel Ltd is recruiting for our client based in the Minworth area.
You will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering engineering projects that improve manufacturing capability.
You will be required to produce and interpret technical drawings, manage contractors/suppliers, introduce new equipment and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects
- Produce, review and maintain CAD drawings
- Specify, procure, install and commission new machinery
- Manage project budgets and risks
- Manage contractors and supervise work on site
- Manage suppliers
- Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing optimisation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety
Qualifications
- HNC/HND in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing or mechatronic engineering
- Experience with CAD (Solid Works, Auto CAD or equivalent)
- Project management skills
- Problem solving and root cause analysis
- Stakeholder management
