We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing business based in Deeside to recruit a team of Seasonal Customer Service Agents for their busiest period of the year.
This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join a fast-paced customer service team, supporting customers across the UK during the peak Christmas trading season.
No two days are the same in this role. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via telephone and email, resolving delivery issues, processing order amendments and ensuring customers receive a first-class experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via telephone, email and online channels.
- Manage customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, products and promotions.
- Investigate courier and delivery issues, liaising with Royal Mail, DHL and other delivery partners where required.
- Process refunds, replacements and order amendments in line with company procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments including Warehouse, Production, Sales and Dispatch to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Accurately update customer records and order information across multiple systems.
- Support enquiries received through websites, online marketplaces and eCommerce platforms.
- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the busy Christmas period.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment whilst effectively managing your own workload.
Training & Support
Full training will be provided to ensure successful candidates are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the role. This includes comprehensive training on company systems, products and customer service procedures ahead of the peak trading period.
