Pipe Fitter in Burton-On-Trent

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experiencedPipe Fitterto join our team, working with mild steel pipework ranging from inch to 2 inches. The successful candidate will be responsible forcutting, threading, and assemblingpipe systems around large and heavy fabrications, based on detailed engineering drawings.

COMPLETELY WORKSHOP BASED

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, thread, and assemble mild steel pipe (\” 2\”) to specified measurements
• Work around large/heavy fabrications safely and effectively
• Interpret and work from technical and engineering drawings
• Build and install pipework systems to high standards of accuracy
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Collaborate with fabricators, welders, and engineers as needed
• Ensure work meets all quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter working with mild steel
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings
• Skilled in pipe cutting and threading
• Comfortable working around large-scale fabrications
• Good attention to detail and precision
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
