My client who works within the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for the Assembly department to join their team.
- Monday to Thursday 07:45 - 17:00 and Friday 07:30 - 12:30.
- Permanent contract.
- 33 Days Holiday.
- Salary up to £39,000 + Overtime available.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and managing a team of electrical fitters involved in the build of automated systems and equipment.
- Planning daily workloads and providing clear direction to meet weekly production schedules.
- Responding to technical electrical issues and challenges quickly and effectively.
- Taking ownership of projects and tasks, seeing them through from build to completion.
- Ensuring all electrical testing and inspection activities are completed and accurately recorded.
- Reporting project progress to the Manufacturing Manager on a daily and weekly basis.
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance, including PPE use and adherence to risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or responsible role within an electrical assembly/build environment.
- HNC (or equivalent) qualification in an Electrical discipline.
