We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to join us as Business Development Support & CRM Follow-Up. Ideal for someone confident on the phone who enjoys speaking with people. You will support the sales team, manage our Salesforce CRM, and keep opportunities moving through regular follow-ups and research. This is a fast-paced role requiring enthusiasm, persistence, and attention to detail to ensure no opportunity is missed. Construction experience is a bonus, not essential; we value personality.
Salary: £25-30k + incentives after 6-month probation
Key Responsibilities
- CRM & Pipeline
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM
- Track and progress sales opportunities
- Set tasks and follow-ups for the team
- Provide pipeline updates and reports
- Keep records accurate and up to date
- Follow up quotes and projects by phone
- Speak with contractors, designers, clients
- Research projects and key contacts
- Support tenders and sales activity
- Assist with LinkedIn prospecting & research
- Handle inbound calls and enquiries
