HGV Driver in Cannock

We are currently looking to recruit for dedicated a number of HGV 1 & 2 Drivers in Staffordshire & West Midlands

Role requirements:

– Monday – Sunday work available

– Flexible start times with night shifts starting at 4pm through to 2am

– You can give a 3 hour \”start window\”

– Valid, in-date CPC and Tacho Card

– Minimum 1 year experience as a HGV driver

Responsibilities:

– Safely operate and work as a driver to transport goods to various distribution centre – this is trunking work using double and single deck trailers

– Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently

– Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety

– Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance

– Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transportation
