Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Field Service Technician for our client based in the Telford area.
You will be required to provide a technical and professional service to clients based throughout the UK (and occasionally worldwide!).
Duties can include:
- Servicing of systems and equipment at customer locations, worldwide.
- Provide telephone and email support to UK and worldwide customers.
- Test and Inspection of systems and equipment.
- Fault finding and diagnostics of systems and equipment.
- Construction of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment to concise engineering drawings and production timescales.
- Installation and commissioning of systems and equipment at customer locations, worldwide.
Ideally, you will have proven experience of field support and servicing of \’OEM\’ equipment, be able to diagnose faults with electronics, and would be advantageous to have any robot programming experience.
Ideally, we require the successful candidate to be qualified to City and Guilds / apprentice trained and have 17/18th Edition wiring regulations. You must also hold a current driving license and passport.
In return, you can expect to earn £34,000 – £39,000 per annum.To achieve the higher salary bracket, you must be able to demonstrate competency in the majority of the specification outlined above.
