Proactive Personnel are currently looking for MIG Welders to start work on a temp-perm basis in Leyland. Duties will involve bench/JIG welding, and you will be instrumental in the fabrication and assembly of metal components.
- Assemble metal structures by interpreting blueprints and following welding procedures.
- Utilise power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and weld metal components.
- Conduct stick welding and other welding techniques to join metals effectively.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Candidates must have MIG experience; TIG would be a bonus. Hours are Monday - Thursday (4 day working week) 05.45 to 16.15. Pay is £14.55 per hour, paid PAYE, weekly every Friday. You also build holiday pay working for ourselves.
My client will show you around and ask you to complete a short weld test (so must come to site with safety footwear). If successful, you will be offered the job on the spot.
