We are currently looking for multiple HGV Drivers around the Heysham area. We have class 1 and class 2 work available for a well-respected client.

Duties:

  • Operate a lorry to deliver goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Perform routine inspections of the vehicle before and after trips to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
  • Assist in the training of new drivers when necessary.

Day and night work is available. Immediate starts available.

Pay Rate:

  • Class 1: £15.69-£17.37
  • Class 2: £13.00-£14.57
