We are currently recruiting a number of Bench Hand Joiners to start work in January for our client based in Blackburn.

Responsibilities will include:

  • A willingness to learn how to set up and run the machines, under supervision
  • Helping senior Wood Machinist
  • Backing off machines and stacking timber
  • Cleaning

The successful candidate could be using, as a start:

  • Bench Routers
  • Belt Sanders
  • Cross Cut Saws
  • 4 Sided Planers
  • Band Re-Saw
  • Cutter Moulding Machine

Starting rate depending on qualifications / experience. 40 hours per week 8am - 5pm with two 15 minute breaks (am & pm) and 30 minutes for lunch.
