Wrexham | 4 on 4 off - (2 days, 2 nights) | £50,000 - £52,500

Experienced or aspiring Team Leader required for maintenance operating in the Engineering space at a family run manufacturer at their Wrexham site, offering competitive salary, additional training and outstanding job security. You will be joining a diverse team of engineers from various sectors and become a valued member of the engineering team.

The Role as the ESTL:

  • Day to day lead and point of contact for all maintenance issues on behalf of the Engineering Manager
  • Hands-on approach to ensure maximum efficiency during shift.
  • Technical leadership, advice and support for all engineering levels on site.

The successful Engineering Supervisor will have:

Essential:

  • Industry recognised engineering qualification
  • Experience within electrical or multiskilled electrical bias
  • Proven track record of achieving improvements
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Be able to fault find in both electrical and mechanical
  • Ability to diagnose circuit drawings
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement performance whilst leading others
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise with varying stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
  • Self-motivated and a good team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, accurate decisions
  • Be flexible in approach to shift cover and over busy trading periods.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of supervising / managing a team in a FMCG environment
  • Knowledge of CMMS
  • Effluent treatment plants
  • Legal compliance
