Proactive IT Appointments are currently helping an organisation in Northampton onboard a Solutions Architect into their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Zoho CRM in both a business analytical and implementation capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement technical solutions across the business
- Automate business processes, improve CRM, and streamline workflows.
- Use SQL to create reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Analyse CRM data for insights to support strategy, sales, and marketing.
- Present data analysis findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across departments to identify automation and data solutions.
- Contribute to Zoho CRM development and customization.
