We are seeking an experienced and inspirational IT Leader to take ownership of our clients global technology and infrastructure landscape within a complex, fast‑moving organisation. This role will lead 24×7 global IT operations and play a critical role in shaping and delivering technology that supports business growth, resilience, and innovation.
You will bring knowledge and awareness of emerging technologies and trends, coupled with a strong understanding of operational, business, and technical requirements. You will have a proven track record of delivering large‑scale IT systems and transformation programmes, including the development of robust business cases and disciplined budget and cost management.
Key Skills- Extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting infrastructure and cloud‑hosted environments across platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Hands‑on experience managing cloud‑based enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, ERP platforms (D365 and SAP), HR systems (SuccessFactors), and learning systems.
- You will be an accomplished people leader, with significant experience supervising IT teams, delivering high‑quality customer support, and managing third‑party and outsourced service providers.
- Exposure to a broad technology stack – SAP, Azure, AWS, SQL, web services, OKTA, Office 365, WAN acceleration and security.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen, the ability to inspire diverse, geographically distributed teams, and a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.
