Our client is seeking an ambitious

Junior IT Business Analyst to join their Global Integration Team, supporting business operations across the EMEA region.

This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on international IT projects within a fast-paced global logistics organisation.

Working alongside experienced Business Analysts and technical specialists, you’ll help deliver technology solutions that improve business performance while developing valuable skills in systems analysis, project delivery, and stakeholder management.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years’ experience who is eager to learn and build a long-term career in Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior Business Analysts with gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings and workshops.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement drafts, User Manuals, Process Maps, and training materials.
  • Assist with business process mapping to ensure new system developments align with operational workflows.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), executing test scripts, recording defects, and supporting business users during testing.
  • Act as a communication link between EMEA business users and technical IT teams, ensuring project information is clearly understood.
  • Assist with project administration by tracking milestones, updating project documentation, and preparing progress reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 0–2 years’ experience within an IT, business, or logistics environment (including internships, placement years, or graduate experience).
  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel. Experience with Visio or Power Point would be advantageous.
  • A basic understanding of how software systems interact, including APIs, databases, or cloud-based systems.
  • An interest in project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
