The role:
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across large-scale projects
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria in Gherkin format
- Work within Agile/SCRUM teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
- Collaborate with project teams, product owners, sales teams, and customers
- Support discovery phases, scoping, and systems integration initiatives
- Manage backlogs and delivery progress using JIRA
- Act as a trusted SME while mentoring junior team members
Skills & experience:
- Extensive BA experience across large programmes/projects
- Strong Agile/SCRUM delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with APIs, systems integration, and digital platforms
- Ability to analyse and document complex business processes
- Logistics industry experience is advantageous
- Familiarity with JIRA for backlog management and user story creation
