Data Team Lead – Permanent – Leatherhead (Hybrid: 2 days onsite) – Up to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits 🚀 Our client is looking for a Data Team Lead to help shape the future of their data function. This role would suit a Data Lead/Manager , or a Senior Data Engineer who has taken the lead on projects and is ready to move into a people‑focused position. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be guiding a small team of talented Data Engineers, staying hands‑on while helping to set direction, improve processes, and drive high‑quality data delivery across the business. You’ll get involved in: Leading and developing a data engineering team Managing workloads, releases, testing and change requests Working closely with BI, technology and business teams Enhancing data warehouse solutions and driving best practice Supporting continuous improvement and innovation This is a role where your ideas will be welcomed — and where you’ll have the freedom to make a real impact. Our client is looking for someone experienced with: SQL ETL tools Power BI Excel If you enjoy working across end-to-end data pipelines and improving how data flows through an organisation, you’ll be right at home.
