Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to take ownership of their Microsoft 365 platform, driving technical strategy, governance, security, and continuous improvement across a complex enterprise environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced M365 specialist who can provide technical direction while working closely with stakeholders, support teams, and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services
- Act as the technical authority for the M365 estate
- Drive platform security, compliance, and governance initiatives
- Lead technical investigations, problem resolution, and service improvements
- Provide guidance and mentoring to technical teams
- Evaluate and implement new Microsoft technologies and capabilities
Skills & Experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 expertise, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Intune
- Experience with Azure AD, identity management, and Conditional Access
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
- Strong understanding of M365 security and compliance capabilities
- Experience with the Power Platform would be beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience in a senior technical or lead role
