Our client, an established retail organisation, is looking for a Retail Systems Technical Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity based in London, with 3 days a week onsite.
This is a hands‑on role supporting and enhancing retail and omnichannel systems across a multi‑site, international environment. You’ll work closely with vendors, internal tech teams, and store operations to ensure critical systems (POS, payments, inventory) run smoothly.
- Support and maintain retail systems including POS, payments, and inventory platforms
- Investigate and resolve incidents impacting store operations
- Work with external vendors and internal teams to meet SLAs
- Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and new store openings
- Analyse system performance and drive continuous improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting retail systems (POS, payments, OMS)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a hands‑on approach
- Knowledge of SQL and data handling
- Experience working with vendors and managing incidents
- Understanding of retail or omnichannel environments
- Experience with Oracle Retail (e.g. X-Store) is highly desirable
