What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding a small team of talented Data Engineers, staying hands‑on while helping to set direction, improve processes, and drive high‑quality data delivery across the business.
- Leading and developing a data engineering team.
- Managing workloads, releases, testing and change requests.
- Working closely with BI, technology and business teams.
- Enhancing data warehouse solutions and driving best practice.
- Supporting continuous improvement and innovation.
