Our client is looking for a Data Team Lead to help shape the future of their data function. This role would suit a Data Lead/Manager, or a Senior Data Engineer who has taken the lead on projects and is ready to move into a people‑focused position.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guiding a small team of talented Data Engineers, staying hands‑on while helping to set direction, improve processes, and drive high‑quality data delivery across the business.
  • Leading and developing a data engineering team.
  • Managing workloads, releases, testing and change requests.
  • Working closely with BI, technology and business teams.
  • Enhancing data warehouse solutions and driving best practice.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and innovation.
