You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms and cybersecurity while helping keep our global technology environment running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Windows Server, VMware and core infrastructure systems
- Working with Microsoft cloud technologies and endpoint management platforms
- Troubleshooting technical issues and improving system performance
- Supporting cybersecurity, patching and vulnerability management
- Contributing to infrastructure projects, documentation and continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
- Around 3+ years' experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure or Systems Administration
- Experience with Windows Server and virtualisation technologies
- Exposure to Azure and/or Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a collaborative approach
