CRM Officer

Our client, a forward-thinking UK higher-education organisation, is looking for an experienced CRM Officer to join their collaborative marketing team.

This is a permanent opportunity where you’ll play a key role in delivering data-driven, insight-led CRM campaigns, working across the full campaign lifecycle — from audience selection and data preparation through to testing, deployment, reporting and optimisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the planning and delivery of CRM programmes and end-to-end campaigns.
• Prepare, segment and manage customer data for targeted marketing activity.
• Deliver effective B2C and B2B CRM communications across digital channels.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs and support decision-making.
• Work as part of an agile team, including supporting the implementation of a new CRM system and/or marketing strategy.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve complex queries, identify risks and ensure a high standard of customer service.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience delivering CRM campaigns and a good understanding of CRM principles and channels.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM platform such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience producing performance reports, dashboards and KPI analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
