We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a high-performing Change Management team within a leading Corporate & Investment Banking environment. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic product and infrastructure change initiatives across Global Markets, partnering with senior stakeholders across Front Office, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and COO functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering complex front-to-back change programmes across Markets
- Driving strategic product enhancements and infrastructure initiatives
- Partnering with Business Change Managers, Product Managers, and technology teams
- Supporting product enablement and governance processes
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and programme sponsors
Required experience:
- Strong Project Management & Business Analysis background within Financial Services
- Proven Markets experience across FX, Derivatives, and Commodities
- Knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks impacting Markets businesses
- Experience with pricing platforms, trade execution, collateral management, clearing, and settlement systems (e.g. Broadridge)
- Agile delivery experience, including Jira
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic delivery capability
