We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our clients growing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate developer who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high‑performing, scalable applications that directly impact our customers and business operations.

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop new features, enhance existing systems, and ensure our platform remains stable and efficient. Your deep understanding of Rails architecture, PostgreSQL optimisation, and API design will be essential as you contribute to ongoing development projects.

  • Experience with AWS & Docker
  • Production system support & troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills & Agile/Scrum experience
