Our client in Somerset are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. You'll deliver the strategic vision of project stakeholders and sponsors, working across the business and leading cross-functional project teams to deliver the Strategic Project Portfolio.
This is an exciting role that will work alongside technical teams to deliver a range of projects across software and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery
- Technical - Understanding of systems and software development
- Communication & Relationship building
Required Experience:
- Qualifications in Project Management, such as: Member of Association of Project Management/Prince 2
- Agile, Scrum or Product Owner certifications (CSM or CSPO)
- At least 2 years previous experience working on complex software projects
- Knowledge of current software development methodologies
- Outstanding verbal skills and concise written skills to effectively communicate and provide documentation
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, users and IT colleagues to ensure that projects are managed effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and has the ability to manage time and prioritise correctly in order to meet appropriate deadlines and targets with work produced to a high standard
