Understand key systems and to provide assistance on a daily basis as/when required.

Competent systems administrator in a number of key business applications: including Finance systems, in-house applications & Point of sales systems.

To manage workload and helpdesk tickets using internal helpdesk system.

Work with Application providers to ensure smooth running of systems and SLA’s are adhered to.

To deliver key areas of internal changes such as online documents, workflows, products.

To be able to troubleshoot issues in order to identify the root cause in order to provide a solution.
