Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Solution Architect, with experience of GIS (Geographic Information System) to join their team on a permanent basis. Please note, the role is remote but can be hybrid or office based. Our client has offices dotted around the UK.

- You will design and deliver across a broad range of solutions across a variety of industries, using state of the art geospatial and enterprise technologies.

Key Skills:
- Experience in hands-on involvement in the design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise systems
- Experience in areas such as databases, web technologies, application integration, software engineering, networking, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), disaster recovery, and high availability
- Comfortable working with GIS technologies and geospatial data; experience designing geospatial solutions
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, such as firewalls, zero-trust approaches, and SAML
- Familiarity with automation, Azure DevOps, notebooks, and serverless compute
- Enjoy working alongside developers using languages such as Python and JavaScript
- Confidence in designing solutions that use REST APIs
