The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our Team in Central London. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing office print equipment across client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair devices from leading manufacturers including Canon, Ricoh, and Kyocera
- Carry out on-site repairs in line with company service standards
- Perform preventative maintenance during scheduled and reactive visits
- Meet response times and deliver consistently high-quality work
- Install equipment, including basic networking setup and user training
- Provide excellent customer service with a professional and approachable manner
- Collaborate closely with the Call Control team
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in photocopier/printer maintenance
- Manufacturer training certifications (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
