The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our Team in Central London. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing office print equipment across client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and repair devices from leading manufacturers including Canon, Ricoh, and Kyocera
  • Carry out on-site repairs in line with company service standards
  • Perform preventative maintenance during scheduled and reactive visits
  • Meet response times and deliver consistently high-quality work
  • Install equipment, including basic networking setup and user training
  • Provide excellent customer service with a professional and approachable manner
  • Collaborate closely with the Call Control team

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in photocopier/printer maintenance
  • Manufacturer training certifications (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
