Inside Sales Executive – Reading
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year
Location: Reading, 3 days per week on site
Main Goal
To meet or exceed monthly sales targets by proactively promoting ICT, Content Services, and MPS Solutions. Build strong customer relationships to maximize portfolio value and customer lifetime value. Report directly to the Inside Sales Manager within the sales organizational structure.
The role focuses on existing and new business across all sectors: Commercial, Corporate, and Public Sector. Ensure all sales opportunities utilize the full portfolio of services, hardware, software, and professional services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing
- Focus on new business development
- Proactively sell Content Services, ICT, and MPS Products & Solutions
- Identify decision-makers within target customers and prospects
- Utilize resources including Business Generation Support, marketing, and social media platforms
- Respond to service desk tickets (e.g., mobiles, T&M tickets)
- Follow up on marketing campaigns
- Target specific markets promoting key products and services
- Handle all business solutions renewals below £20K
- Develop daily relationships with key clients and stakeholders
