Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to be based on site in Norfolk. The role will involve standard Engineer duties such as Desktop Support, Helpdesk, Upgrades, etc.
You will have the following skills:
- Experience in a desktop IT support role
- Knowledge of Windows and Office 365 suite of products
- Understanding of basic networks such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, routing, WiFi, etc.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is useful
- Strong communication skills within a technical and non-technical environment
