Our client, a global consultancy, is looking for a D365 Functional Consultant on an initial 6 month contract with the option of extension thereafter.
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design and configuration for CIJ (customer insight journey) real-time marketing
- Configure real-time events, event triggers, and event-based conditions
- Build real-time segments (behavioural, event-driven, attribute segments)
- Design customer journeys with branching logic (conditions, A/B splits, wait conditions, exit rules)
- Configure brand profiles, compliance profiles, consent centre, subscription centres
- Build email/SMS/WhatsApp templates with personalisation & rules
- Define KPI tracking, journey analytics, reporting requirements
- Conduct requirement workshops, UAT, training & documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–8 years in Dynamics 365 Marketing / CIJ
- Strong understanding of CIJ RTM features: events, segments, branching journeys
- Hands-on with journey orchestration, goals, suppression rules, exit conditions
- Experience configuring consent & compliance profiles with regional logic
- Strong template-building skills: email, SMS, dynamic text, personalisation
- Good analytical skills for interpreting journey insights & performance
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
