£400 – 450 per day + Outside IR35

Contract (Outside IR35) | 6 Months Initially | Remote/ flexible hybrid in Devon

Our client are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a large, complex programme that requires strong leadership and a proven ability to recover projects that have drifted off track. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on delivery professional who thrives in challenging environments, can quickly assess project health, engage stakeholders at all levels, and drive successful outcomes. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of bringing complex projects back under control, managing risks, and delivering against demanding timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the integrated project plan
  • Programme‑level RAID log
  • Governance framework to ensure alignment and progress against key milestones
  • Attend workstream meetings to monitor delivery, challenge progress, and ensure risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies are effectively managed and escalated
  • Consolidate workstream updates into an overall delivery view, providing clear board reporting and escalations to senior stakeholders
