We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a major banking client on a 12-month contract. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery across one or more technology teams, ensuring strong execution discipline, and supporting end-to-end release planning and delivery. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and release management, with the ability to coach teams and Product Owners using data-driven insights. Experience working in highly regulated environments, ideally within financial services, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate all Agile Scrum ceremonies
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and other multi-team coordination forums
- Drive decisions, commitments, and continuous improvement through effective facilitation

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience
- Proven experience working with Agile teams and leading all Scrum ceremonies
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, principles, and practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Strong experience in release planning and delivery coordination
- Scrum certification such as: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience in Financial Services or Banking
- Exposure to Regulatory Reporting, particularly within the EMEA region
- Experience working in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
