As Lead Business Analyst, you’ll take ownership of business analysis across large, complex projects—leading teams, shaping solutions, and ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals.

Role/Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts
- Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (user stories, epics, artefacts)
- Act as a key bridge between stakeholders, developers, and customers
- Guide Agile delivery using tools like JIRA or Gherkin
- Oversee discovery phases, high-level design, and project scoping
- Champion best practices and continuous improvement within the BA team
- Experience of MDF (Master Data File) (desirable)
- Proven leadership experience in Business Analysis
- Strong background in Agile/SCRUM environments
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and user story writing
- Experience working with APIs and technical systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver clarity
