Our client is seeking to onboard a Business Analyst into their team on a permanent basis. You will play a key role in translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements, working closely with both stakeholders and technical teams to support successful project delivery. Experience required:
- Holds or is committed to achieving a Business Analysis International Diploma or possesses equivalent experience/qualifications.
- Has a solid understanding of relational databases and is capable of interpreting, creating, and updating SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and support techniques through research, training, certifications, or conferences to apply current industry best practices.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Builds strong rapport and relationships with users and IT colleagues to facilitate effective system management and support.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and proactive problem-solving skills, taking initiative to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintains excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks, ensuring high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
