Permanent | Northampton, Hybrid (2-3 days on-site) | Up to £45,000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across the organisation's CRM, along with systems configuration.
- Gain exposure to low-code scripting and automation development work.
Required Experience
- Familiarity with SaaS CRM platforms — Zoho CRM experience preferred, but knowledge of similar systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot is also beneficial.
- Maintain and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations in Zoho CRM.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and permissions.
- Assist with general administration of SaaS tools used across the business.
Experience
- Ideally 2+ Years supporting Microsoft Applications and SaaS CRM Software (Zoho CRM desirable).
