Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Application Project Lead to join their team based in Oxfordshire on a permanent basis. Please note, the role is 100% on-site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring ITIL practices and processes run smoothly.
- Acting as a Service Owner and technical contact within the Service Delivery Team.
- Ensuring best practices are adhered to.
