- We’re looking for an experienced
Third Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a busy IT Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide third-line support across server, cloud, network and infrastructure environments.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver infrastructure improvements.
- Develop automation using Power Shell where appropriate.
- Support backup solutions such as Veeam or Arcserve.
- Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
- Ensure infrastructure remains secure, resilient and compliant.
- Participate in an out-of-hours support rota.
About You
You’ll have experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and be confident working across cloud, networking and server technologies.
