We’re looking for a 1st Line VoIP Engineer to join our clients growing team and provide first-class support for our VoIP and telephony services. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, troubleshooting VoIP issues, handling service requests, and escalating complex problems when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1st line technical support for VoIP and hosted telephony services
- Any experience with 3CX / Gamma Horizon / Call switch / PDX systems is highly desirable
- Office 365 experience
- Any MSP experience is also a massive plus
